Update: they did reach back out to me, though it took them two days to do so. I was told the person who does most of the applicant screening and whatnot had some kind of emergency and was out of the office for a while. I'm still a little skeptical, but if communication is better moving forward then I'll update again. Original: So far the apartment company has sent me numerous emails regarding "move-in assistance", but they never actually sent me anything regarding a move-in date or a lease to sign. I keep trying to call their number or get help via email, but I haven't been able to reach an actual person yet. At this point I have to wonder how their management works if they can't even get in touch with applicants to so much as sign the lease, or to even let them know for sure that they'll be moving in. I might update this later, but at the moment I'm incredibly disappointed by the horrible communication from this place. They can't even tell me if I'm actually moving in or not.
