What is the community's Pet Policy?
Sunnydale is a pet-friendly community! Your furry companions are more than welcome here. Each home can accommodate up to two pets—cats or dogs are both welcome. Pet fees include a $300 non-refundable fee per pet, a $300 refundable deposit per pet, and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. For details on breed restrictions, please reach out to our leasing team.
