I’m a new tenant at Sunnydale, and so far, my experience here has been great. Cynthia in the leasing office is a gem, and her kindness was a big part of our decision to move here. The walls are a bit thin, but that’s pretty standard for apartment living - neighbors are quiet and friendly. Location is less walkable and more car-reliant than our last place, but we’re moving from downtown Seattle, so that makes us a bit biased. Apartments and complex and clean, lots of green spaces and nature, and close proximity to parks and shopping.

These apartments are very chill & laid back. The communication is efficient and they respond almost immediately. Cynthia’s super nice, positive attitude and answered all my questions! Keep in mind these apartments are very affordable, there’s going to be wear & tear but you can’t beat the location. My apartment is very roomy. Cozy-home style apartments! Cute and comfortable! ☺️

These apartments are amazing, and the apartment manager is amazing. Hsia helped me so much through my application process, even if we weren’t for sure we were moving in she still helped the best she could. Her energy felt very homey and she was so kind the entire time.

I had a great move-in experience working with the manager Brennan Mciff. He was very professional and at the same time showed a really fun/great personality. He always kept in touch and always was there to answer any questions. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but If you were moving here he’s the guy to talk to.

I somehow managed to break the valve to my shower this morning 🚿 vlad the maintenance manager is amazing!!! &&was able to fix the problem with well no problems, even through this pandemic nightmare. extreme personability and knowledge of his craft sets vlad Step above the rest ! I always thought it was awkward being home while a maintenance personnel worked on something , but he made the experience efficient and relaxed . He truly is an asset to your company !additionally , I have never had an issue with any of my maintenance request, sunnydale s maintenance staff’s constant communication throughout any process is greatly appreciated! Another reason I’ve loved living here at Sunnydale 10/10 Thanks guys !!!

We have lived here for 2 and half years and I just have to say this complex has gotten way way better since Maquita Glover has taken over as manager. Weather it's a maintenance request, sorting out payments, or giving our little ones a piece of candy when we stop by, she brings a special light to the community that improves our quality of life.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years and we absolutely loved it. We are leaving for a job on the other side of the country, but if we could take this community with us we would. Non-urgent work orders were sometimes slow to be processed, but the work always got done. Some staff turnover, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood with a dog park within walking distance.
