They close office everyday, canât find anyone! Our laundry door falls off, and it takes them over three weeks to find someone fix it, which only takes five minutes to fix!

Tried calling multiple days, different times of day, no one at the office answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message. Can't imaging living somewhere that you can't get decent service like answering a phone it's so easy but these guys don't answer the phone.

These apartments are amazing, and the apartment manager is amazing. Hsia helped me so much through my application process, even if we werenât for sure we were moving in she still helped the best she could. Her energy felt very homey and she was so kind the entire time.

I recently lived in an apartment where the management and maintenance seemed to change frequently. This made it difficult to know who to contact with any issues that arose. One major issue I faced was mold in my unit. The maintenance team did clean it up, but they only covered it with tape, which made the air quality in my unit incredibly poor and caused health issues for myself and my family. If you're considering moving into this apartment, I would advise you to be very cautious, especially if you have children. Additionally, there is a lot of loud noise in the area, and the maintenance team does not do a good job of keeping the roads clear during winter weather, which can be dangerous. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment.
